Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to complete my signs?

It all depends on the type of signs. Some take longer to manufacture than others. While we work efficiently, bigger 3D and illuminated building signs could take 2 – 6 weeks (or longer) depending on the manufacturing timeframe and material availability. When permits/traffic control or other council obligations are required, it needs to be factored into the timeframe. More simple signs such as ACM panels or corflute takes less time, anything from 2 days – 2 weeks.

How much will my new sign cost?

Again, it all depends on your requirements and the solution you decide to go with. We always aim to work within our clients’ budgets. We will manage your expectations and agree to a quote before any work starts.

Can you custom-design building signs?

We sure can, and do, all the time! Based on your requirements and budget, we will advise on the best design, materials, style, size, colours, position, layout, location and more. From concept to completion, we can manage it all so you can focus on other important aspects of your business.

What maintenance is required for my signs?

Ideally, to get the most out of your signage, you want to keep it clean and free from rust, debris (such as leaves) or dirt. Some signs can be cleaned by using mild soap and water and with others, you may need professional help. Never use a pressure washer or steam cleaner. For safety reasons, it’s essential to fix any cracks, loose brackets or damage to your signs as soon as you become aware. If your illuminated sign has lost its spark, you’ll need an electrician to investigate and either replace bulbs or rewire them. While our outdoor signs may be made of weather-resistant materials, they’re not invincible and over time, sun, wind and rain can take a toll on your sign.
